COMPANY INFORMATION
was established in the spring of 1995
making us a relatively new, but vigorously growing company with the objective of
researching and developing new products for global utility. Axiom is located in the
northeastern part of Japan on the main island of Honshu in the city of Koriyama, Fukushima
Prefecture.

Many laboratories here in Japan and in
other parts of the world are currently using the Axiom Biosensor for their research. The
feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and the more research that is performed using
this system, the more possibilities that are imagined.
PATENTS
Patents gained approval in the United
States in June 1998, in Australia in December 1999, and in Japan in January 2001. The same
patent is pending in 11 other countries.
TECHNOLOGY LICENSING
Axiom would like this technology used as much as
possible in every applicable field and therefore makes this technology available via licensing agreements. A new company in Sweden (details below)
is already taking advantage of this opportunity. Interested parties, please see the Contact Information page.
MIYAGI
RESEARCH CENTER
In order to enhance the Biosensor's sensitivity and abilities,
on 1 September 2000, Axiom established a supplementary research center in Miyagi
Prefecture near Sendai (shown on map above). Research activities at this facility are led by the highly experienced
Professor Tetsuo Yoshida and themes include new vibration methods, miniaturization,
disposability, and better sterilization and waterproofing methods. Please see the Contact Information page for contact details.
